Ricky McRoy

Ricky joined Avanti Residential in March 2022 as the Kansas Regional Director. As an 18-year multi-family industry veteran, he has held roles with Harbor Group Management, Clarity Management Group, Orion Property Group & Virtu Investments. Prior to Avanti, he managed a sizeable portfolio of 2000+ units in the states of Missouri, New Mexico, & Arizona. Ricky is an active member of the AAKC and serves as a Board Director & has received his CAM, CAPS, LEAD, & LYCEUM. He was also awarded the 2021 Multi-site Manager of the year over 2000 units thru the AAKC. Ricky is passionate about the growth Avanti has displayed and excited to see this continue, building relationships and helping his team achieve their goals.
