Alex Patoine

Alex Patoine is an experienced professional in the grain milling industry, currently serving as the Directeur meuneries at Avantis Coopérative since November 2018, overseeing four milling facilities. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Directeur adjoint, meuneries at the same organization. From July 2009 to November 2018, Alex worked at Unicoop as the Directeur usine and responsible for vegetable operations, and previously as Contremaître meunerie, managing human resources, occupational health and safety, production, transportation, maintenance, and quality control. Alex also gained experience at Olymel as a Contremaître and at Exceldor as a Coordonnateur production. Currently, Alex is pursuing a Certificat in Gestion des ressources humaines and a Baccalauréat in Enseignement au secondaire in Géographie and Histoire at Université Laval.
