Laurence Morgan

Laurence Morgan's work experience begins in 2003 at Sherston Software as a Technical Support Coordinator. During their time there, they were promoted to the customer support department and worked on various projects, such as developing an internal social media website for staff news and events.

In 2007, Laurence joined Techfusion Limited as a Search Engine Optimization Consultant, specializing in Search Engine consultancy for larger clients. Laurence regularly met with a UK head of TDK Lambda to report on technical implications of their digital strategy.

In 2008, they moved on to Net Digital Limited as an E-Commerce/Software Developer, working on the "Shed Store" online shop to improve customer conversion rates and overall experience.

From 2009 to 2015, Laurence worked at Tangy Media as a Project & Account Director. Laurence managed and expanded the business, implementing new digital services and web-based systems for clients. Laurence was responsible for explaining, planning, and managing best-fit solutions.

Since 2015, Laurence has been with Avantis Systems Ltd, initially serving as the Head of Business Operations and then as the Chief Information Officer from April 2021.

Laurence Morgan obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Chester from 2004 to 2007.
