Brittany Hankamer

Brittany Hankamer is an experienced human resources leader with a robust history in developing and executing HR strategies across diverse industries, including life sciences and oil and gas. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Avantor since September 2019, Brittany oversees a global team and advises senior executives while managing human resources for a Fortune 500 company. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Conquest Completion Services, Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Eat.Drink.Host., and multiple director positions at Halliburton, focusing on comprehensive human capital strategies for large workforces. Brittany began their career in human resources at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company and Fidelity Investments, with a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University.
