Era Aniunas

Era Aniunas has extensive experience in human resources management. Era started their career at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where they held various managerial roles, including leading HR functions for field sales and service stores, Americas supply chain, and contact centers. Era also served as the HR leader for manufacturing facilities and was a program manager for the Operations Leadership Development Program.

Later, Era joined TE Connectivity, where they held several HR leadership roles. This included being the Director of HR for North America, overseeing HR operations for 11 global business units and corporate functions. Era also served as the Corporate Functions HRBP and Talent Development Director, providing strategic support to executives in Marketing, Strategy, and IT. Era led organization design, workforce planning, and talent management activities for the Sensors Business Unit.

Currently, Era is working at Avantor as the Vice President of HR - Corporate Functions. Avantor is a Fortune 500 company that provides mission-critical products and services to various industries. In this role, Era is responsible for HR strategies and initiatives for corporate functions. Era'sexpertise in talent management and org effectiveness enables improvement in succession plans, employee development, and accountability of talent across the organization.

Era Aniunas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Additionally, Era Aniunas obtained a Master's Degree in HR & Employment Relations from Penn State University. Era Aniunas also has certifications including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute and certifications as a Certified Leadership & Service Facilitator from Achieve Global and as an Executive Leadership and Service Facilitator from Sherpa.
