Heidi Cadwallader

Heidi Cadwallader, MBA, has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Avantor since 1999. In this role, Heidi has successfully rebuilt sales territories, built a high-performing sales team, and driven significant revenue growth exceeding $120M annually for over a decade. Heidi's expertise includes executing strategic digital campaigns, facilitating planning sessions, and implementing effective onboarding processes. Previously, Heidi held positions at VWR, part of Avantor, culminating in the Director of Customer Service role, where Heidi optimized customer service operations and enhanced employee retention. Heidi holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Marketing from Iowa State University.
