Natalia Vitale, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Natalia currently holds the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Avantor, where they are responsible for overseeing talent acquisition efforts on a global scale. Prior to this, Natalia served as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, Americas at Avantor. Before joining Avantor, they worked at aramco as the International Recruitment Manager and later as the International Staffing, Strategic Expatriate Talent Acquisition. Natalia also has experience as a Sales Manager at Star Construction, Inc. and as a Global Recruiting Team Lead at Halliburton. Natalia began their career as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Sysco and as a Finance Recruiter at Kelly Services. Natalia's early experience includes an internship in Product Marketing at Steelcase.

Natalia Vitale, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Finance from Grand Valley State University. Natalia also completed Effective Strategy Formulation - Rice Business Executive Education at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Diversity Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP and as a Professional in Human Resources, PHR® from the HR Certification Institute. Natalia also has certifications in DDI Talent Selection Facilitator and DDI Targeted Selection Certified Interviewer. Natalia Vitale is also a licensed Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent and Residential Builder in the State of Michigan.
