Navneet Arora

Navneet (Nav) Arora has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Navneet (Nav) is currently working as the Sr. VP of Strategic Initiatives at Avantor since October 2022. Prior to this, Navneet worked at VWR, part of Avantor, where they held multiple roles including Sr. VP and GM - Americas Growth Segment from November 2018 to October 2022. Navneet (Nav) was also the Commercial Leader for Canada, Latin America, and Global Mining from April 2018 to October 2018, and General Manager for Canada and Global Mining from January 2012 to March 2018. Before joining VWR, Navneet worked at Strategy& as a Senior Associate (Engagement Manager) from October 2006 to June 2008, and as an Associate from September 2004 to September 2006. Navneet (Nav) began their career at The Dow Chemical Company as a Senior Process Engineer from August 1997 to June 2000, and later as a Process Engineering Specialist (Manager) from July 2000 to August 2002. Navneet also worked at Foster Wheeler USA as a Senior Process Engineer/Process Engineer from June 1993 to July 1997.

Navneet (Nav) Arora has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which was obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, Navneet completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering at Lehigh University from 1991 to 1993. Navneet also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Additionally, Navneet has obtained additional certifications such as "SVP Experience" from Avantor and "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn, in 2023 and 2022 respectively.
