Paul Serrin

Paul Serrin is a seasoned operations professional currently serving as the Sr. Operations Director at Avantor. They hold a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, earned in 2006. Paul began their career as a Process Engineer at PPG Industries, progressing to a Quality Control Manager and holding various managerial roles. They transitioned to Echogen Power Systems as an Application Engineer before returning to PPG Industries in multiple capacities, ultimately joining Avantor as a Senior Production Manager and Site Director, where they are presently focused on operational excellence.
