Pj Houm

PJ Houm has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. They began their career at Rohm and Haas as a Chemical Engineer and then worked at ExxonMobil as a Production Engineer and Product Coordinator. They later joined Palisade Corporation as a Risk & Decision Consulting Specialist. At AMETEK, Inc., Power Systems and Instruments Division, they served as the Senior Analyst of Corporate Development and then became the Director of Business Development. Next, PJ joined Celanese, where they held multiple roles, including Business Analysis Manager, Director of Commercial and Business Development, and Strategic Account and Distribution Director. Currently, they are working at Avantor as the Vice President of Global Strategic Sourcing.

PJ Houm completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at Lehigh University from 1993 to 1997. They then pursued a Master of Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Houston from 1998 to 2000. Later, they obtained an MBA degree from Penn State University from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, PJ Houm obtained a certification in Delegating Tasks from LinkedIn in 2019.
