Dominika Villafuerte-Woszczyk

Dominika Villafuerte-Woszczyk has extensive work experience in the translation and language services industry. Dominika began their career as a Translator/Interpreter at Portero Polska in 2011. Dominika then had an internship as a Project Manager at 1GlobalTranslator in 2012. In 2014, Dominika joined Avantpage Translations as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily production in the translation department and managing relationships with major business partners. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Vendor Manager, where they managed external providers and supported the operations team in following quality processes. In 2017, Dominika became a Resources Manager at Avantpage Translations, focusing on maintaining a reliable pool of external providers and managing linguistic assets. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Quality at Avantpage Translations, leading a data-driven area and implementing strategies to ensure continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.

Dominika Villafuerte-Woszczyk's education history includes several degrees and academic exchanges related to Spanish Language and Literature. Dominika obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wroclaw in 2010. During this time, they also participated in an academic exchange program at Universidad de Almería in 2009-2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Wroclaw from 2010 to 2012. In 2012-2013, Dominika received a Mexican Government Scholarship for a research project at Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
