Luke Hansen

Luke Hansen is currently the Vice President of Product Management at Avantus, overseeing plant technology including solar PV, energy storage, and clean hydrogen offerings. Prior to this, Luke worked at General Electric (GE) Energy Storage as a Senior Battery System Engineer, focusing on the design and development of hybrid batteries with various energy sources. Luke also has experience as a Captain in the United States Air Force, leading teams during deployments in combat zones. Hansen holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and International Affairs from the University of New Hampshire.
