Montarious Usher, Ph.D. has extensive experience in HR, organizational change, communications, and procurement. With a background in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Montarious has held various senior consultant and director roles in companies such as Duracell Inc., E3 Federal Solutions, and Grant Thornton LLP. As an adjunct professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology at DC and Northern Virginia Community College, Montarious also shares knowledge and expertise with students. Through stakeholder engagement, communication excellence, and process improvement, Montarious has consistently demonstrated leadership and effectiveness in driving organizational success.
