Darren has worked in various organizations such as Avanzar Interior Technologies, LTD, vcfo, OCSA Advisors, Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Tesoro Corporation, Maersk Oil, Maersk Inc, Rhodia, United States Army Reserve, and CITGO Petroleum. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent management, strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and HR support for global companies in the oil industry.

Darren Boarnet, SPHR holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same institution. Darren obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in May 2017.
