Dinesh V.

Dinesh V. has a wide range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dinesh began their career in 2002 as a Customer Support Executive at Firstsource, previously known as ICICI One Source. Dinesh then moved on to First American (India), where they held roles as a Sr. Executive in Quality Review, Jr. Business Analyst, and Team Coordinator.

In 2007, Dinesh joined Indecomm Global Services as a Team Leader in Operations before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Team Lead. Dinesh then joined Sourcepoint (formerly known as ISGN) as a Team Lead in Title Services, where they gained experience in the Title Insurance side of the Real Estate business.

In 2011, Dinesh joined Visionet Systems Inc. as an Assistant Manager in Transitions before moving to Fidelity National Financial India as an Assistant Operations Manager. Dinesh quickly climbed the ranks and was promoted to Operations Manager, where they built and managed a team of 11 supervisory and managerial staff.

Dinesh then founded their own company, GRACE Consulting, in 2014, where they served as the Founder and CEO. Dinesh later joined FUGO Services as a Sr. Manager of Operations, followed by roles as Vice President, Senior Vice President, and ultimately President. During their time at FUGO, Dinesh focused on growth, leadership, and building the organization's vision and direction.

Most recently, Dinesh joined Avanze as President in 2023.

Dinesh V. has a Mastering Sales degree from Kellogg Executive Education, specializing in Selling Skills and Sales Operations, obtained from 2021 to 2022. Dinesh also holds a GDBA degree in Business Administration from the National Institute of Management, earned from 2006 to 2008. In their earlier years, Dinesh completed their secondary education at Baldwin Boys High School, receiving the Indian Certificate of Secondary Examination between 1988 and 2000. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Business Basics from The ICFAI University, Tripura, and as a Certified Residential Land Title Examiner from Property Insight, both acquired in 2013.
