Emily Don is an experienced professional in sustainability and agricultural development with a diverse background in livestock production and supply chain integrity. Currently serving as the Head of Sustainability at Avara Foods since April 2018, Emily has progressed through various roles within the company including Sustainability Lead and Supply Chain Integrity Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Agricultural Development Manager at Cargill, and consulting roles at ADAS, where expertise in livestock production systems was applied. Additional experience in the agricultural sector includes practical roles at Yew Tree Farm and Joules Clothing. Emily holds a BSc in Agriculture from The Royal Agricultural College.
