Rob Lawson

Rob Lawson is an experienced sustainability leader currently serving as the Head of Sustainability at Vanquis Banking Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rob held multiple positions at Provident Financial Group UK & ROI, including Head of Sustainability, Head of Corporate Responsibility, and Corporate Responsibility Manager, contributing to the organization’s mission of financial inclusion. Rob began a career in sustainability as a Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator at Sustainability Northwest, overseeing various environmental management projects. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Health and Safety Law and Environmental Law and a Master of Science in Environmental Protection from The University of Salford, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from The University of Sheffield.
