Kimberly Oakman

Kimberly Oakman has a diverse background in human resources, starting their career at House of Fraser as an Operations Assistant - HR from 2006 to 2008. Kimberly then moved on to direct legal & collections, where they worked as an HR Business Partner from April 2008 to June 2013. Following this, they joined Faccenda Foods Ltd as an HR Service Manager in 2013. Most recently, they have been serving as the Head of People Services at Avara Foods since 2018.

Kimberly Oakman attended Buckingham Secondary School from 1997 to 2000, but did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field at that time. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development at BPP Law School.
