Hannah Brown

Hannah Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hannah started their career at Lloyds TSB Insurance in 1999 as a Training Consultant, where they designed and delivered training programs and coached staff on customer service skills. Hannah then moved to Lloyds TSB as a Leadership and Management Consultant, mentoring senior managers and providing training support. Hannah then joined Target Group as an Operational Trainer, and later transitioned to t2 Group as a Management Coach, responsible for supporting learners through apprenticeships and providing coaching and mentoring. Currently, they are working at Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, where they have held various roles including Head of HR and Organisational Development, Organisational Development Manager, and Interim Head of HR and OD.

Hannah Brown attended Newbridge Comprehensive School from 1991 to 1997. Hannah did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Later, they pursued a Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement from Edexcel and Pearson UK, although the start and end years are unknown. In addition, they obtained a Diploma in Applied Human Resources from CIPD Qualifications in June 2021.
