Ramesh Thakur

Ramesh Thakur has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Ramesh started in 2005 as an Executive at Excel Callnet, where they received recognition and appreciation for their customer service skills. Ramesh then moved on to Quark in 2006, where they climbed the ranks to become the lead trainer for global employees and clients, implementing standard processes for training. In 2012, they joined Tata Interactive Systems as a Senior Manager, overseeing delivery engagements in North India. Upon joining AVASO Technology Solutions in 2013, they initially worked as a Regional Service Delivery Manager in the APAC region, contributing to revenue growth and expansion. Ramesh eventually became the Head of Global Service Delivery, expanding the company's IT services capabilities in new regions. Currently, Ramesh is an active board member and CEO/COO of AVASO, working closely with various teams to plan and implement business plans, as well as serving as an Executive Sponsor for key accounts.

Ramesh Thakur pursued their undergraduate studies in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University. Ramesh attended the university from 2002 to 2005 and graduated with a B-Tech degree.
