Sammi Merkulov

Sammi Merkulov serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO & COO at Docker, Inc, since May 2025, focusing on building an operational foundation to support hypergrowth across product, revenue, and marketing. Prior to this role, Merkulov worked as a Fractional Operator at MERGE, where an initiative was led to enhance margins and unite acquired units under a single operating model. A brief career break was taken in late 2024 before returning to address challenges at MERGE and Docker. From July 2017 to October 2024, Merkulov held multiple senior vice president roles at Oracle, overseeing cross-industry modernization and driving the integration of technology following the $28B Cerner acquisition. Earlier experience includes leading digital transformation at R.E. Powell.
