Rohit Bakshi is a seasoned professional in service delivery management, currently serving as the Manager for Global Service Delivery at AVASO Technology Solutions since February 2023, where responsibilities include leading global teams and enhancing operational excellence. Previously, Rohit held the position of Associate Manager at AVASO, overseeing service execution and process improvements. With extensive experience at Sify Technologies Limited as Service Delivery Lead in Telecom Field Technical Operations, Rohit managed service reliability and initiated new project initiatives, alongside roles at Cerebrem Inc. and Wipro providing technical support and project-related services.
