Ryan Watson

Ryan Watson has a diverse work experience in various engineering and project management roles. Ryan began their career as a Quality Engineering Intern at DENSO, where they gained experience in testing and project management. Ryan then worked at Innotec as an Engineering Team Leader, overseeing a small team of engineers and focusing on continuous improvement. After that, Ryan joined Magna Mirrors as a Project Engineer, responsible for the concept, design, launch, and manufacturing of products. Ryan then transitioned to Corvac Composites, LLC, where they worked as a Program Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager, leading and training the engineering team while driving continuous improvement to engineering systems. Currently, Ryan is serving as a Principal Project Manager at AvaSure, providing leadership to the engineering team and utilizing Agile Project Management methodologies to launch healthcare/IT devices and software. Ryan is also involved in developing and improving the company's product development process.

Ryan Watson attended Western Michigan University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Management.
