Traci Gouin-Hart, PMP

Traci Gouin-Hart, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Traci is currently employed at AvaSure as a Project Manager since August 2021.

From 2014 to 2020, Traci worked at Byrne, where they held the position of Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing new product development projects and effectively managing multiple initiatives throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Traci also led the development of a project management process flow and implemented Smartsheet project management software, resulting in a significant improvement in the quantity of projects launched annually. Besides their program management role, they also served as a Sales Representative and contributed to the growth of the sales territory by over 15%. Traci assisted customers in product selection and new product development, provided electrical systems training, and aided in configuration layouts for electrical products.

Prior to working at Byrne, Traci worked at Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan as a Patient Relations Manager from 2013 to 2014. In this role, they implemented a patient-relations program to measure and improve customer satisfaction. Traci also managed patient-satisfaction survey data and played a crucial role in the implementation of a web-based patient portal.

From 2008 to 2012, Traci worked at Advantage Health | St. Mary's Medical Group as a Program Supervisor. Traci managed three ancillary programs, including an urgent care, weight-loss clinic, and dermatology practice. Traci led a continuous process improvement project using LEAN methodology, resulting in a significant decrease in wait times and increased patient enrollment. Additionally, they identified a market niche, developed a business plan, and recruited a dermatologist for the launch of a new dermatology practice.

Through their various roles, Traci has demonstrated strong project management, leadership, and business development skills.

Traci Gouin-Hart, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Western Michigan University. Traci also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the same institution. In December 2020, Traci obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
