Norah Mutuma is a seasoned legal recruiter with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Recruiter at Avata Partners since February 2024, Norah previously held roles at Adams & Martin Group for nearly seven years, where responsibilities included meeting hiring goals, sourcing top talent, and maintaining client relationships. Earlier career experiences include positions at Scion Staffing, the City of Hayward, and the University of California, where Norah honed skills in recruitment, administrative support, and program development. Norah holds a Master of Public Administration from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and African American Studies from the University of California, Davis.
