César Bedoya

César Bedoya has a diverse work experience. César started their career in 1999 as an Analyst Programmer at TECSUP. In 2001, they joined Avatar Global where they held various roles including Project Manager, COO, and eventually became the CEO. During their time at Avatar Global, the company experienced significant growth, expanding its services to demanding markets in North America and Europe, as well as consolidating its presence in South America. Since 2012, César has been a member of the Advisory Board for technology companies in Peru and Chile, leveraging their experience and knowledge of the market. César also has teaching experience in Information Technologies.

César Bedoya attended Universidad de Lima from 1998 to 2002 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2003, they completed a Diploma in Project Management for Information Systems at Universidad ESAN. César also holds additional certifications in various areas such as Rational Unified Process, Capability Maturity Model, WebSphere Solution Sales, and Programming Unit Development, obtained from institutions such as IBM, ESI CEE, and Oracle.
