Willis Chang

Willis Chang is an experienced professional in the fields of electronic design automation (EDA) and integrated circuit (IC) design, currently serving as GM of Asia at Avatar Integrated Systems Inc. since September 2019. With a robust background that includes roles such as Taiwan Country Manager at Cadence Design Systems, and GM positions at both Vedi Technology Corp. and Xaccel Technology Inc., Chang has demonstrated expertise in digital TV systems and IC production management. Previous experience includes leadership at Ayuttha Technology Corp. and Avant!, further establishing a solid foundation in the technology sector. Chang holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Clemson University, earned between 1989 and 1995.
