Adeepa Koonkaduwa

Adeepa Koonkaduwa has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. They most recently worked as a Senior Software Engineer at avatarin starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at LankaSolution Enterprise (Pvt) Ltd from May 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining LankaSolution Enterprise (Pvt) Ltd, Adeepa worked at Pearson as a Software Engineer from March 2020 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for implementing Pearson content into third-party Learning Management Systems (LMSs) and developing and maintaining the Highlander web application which serves as the gateway to Pearson content.

From May 2018 to February 2020, Adeepa worked as a Senior Engineer - Technology Solutions at Acuity Knowledge Partners (formerly known as Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services). They were involved in various projects within the Trajan tech team, focusing on delivering high-quality enhancements and providing customized solutions in the financial services sector.

Adeepa's earlier experience includes working at Virtusa as an Engineer - Technology from October 2017 to April 2018 and as an Associate Engineer - Technology from May 2016 to September 2017. They also briefly worked as an Android Developer at RADICALZ (PVT) LTD in 2016 and as a Trainee Software Engineer at Alpha Development Team (Pvt) Ltd from September 2015 to April 2016.

Adeepa Koonkaduwa obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from SLIIT, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Before attending SLIIT, Adeepa completed their high school education at Bandaranayake College - Gampaha in 2010, focusing on Mathematics.
