Nisal Dissanayake

Nisal Dissanayake's work experience begins in 2016 as a Trainee at Hitech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they worked until January 2017. In 2018, they joined LSEG Technology as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer. During their time there, Nisal contributed to various projects, including the development of a cloud-native trading system prototype using Kubernetes and Go language, and the design and implementation of a next-generation technology platform. In 2020, they worked as an R&D Engineer II at Synopsys Inc. In 2021, Nisal joined SenzMate IoT Intelligence as a Senior Software Engineer before transitioning to their current position as a Senior Software Engineer at avatarin in 2023.

Nisal Dissanayake obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, where they attended from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Bandaranayake College Gampaha from 2004 to 2012, where they studied Physical Sciences. Additionally, Nisal has obtained various certifications from Lynda.com, including Linux: Overview and Installation, Windows Performance Tools: Thread Analysis with Intel VTune Amplifier, C++: Smart Pointers, Learning C++ Pointers, Learning Software Version Control, C++ Essential Training, Connecting with Peers in the Workplace, Finding Your Introvert/Extrovert Balance in the Workplace, and Learning JIRA Software. These certifications were obtained in various months of 2018.
