Jami Cox has extensive experience in the medical and health industries. Jami began their career in 2004 as a Medical Assistant at Kaiser Permanente. In 2012, they took on the role of Practice Manager at Elan Medical. In 2013, they moved to Elan Medical Spa where they served as Chief Operations Officer and Practice Manager & Director of Health and Wellness. In 2017, they joined Avatier as Chief Customer Officer and Director of Customer Success. In their current role as Director of Operations, they are responsible for leading, developing, and engaging a team, as well as motivating, mentoring, and coaching them.

Jami Cox attended Solano Community College from 1993 to 1996, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Small Business Administration/Management. In 2010, they completed a Health and Wellness Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with a focus in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General. In 2017, Jami Cox obtained a Medical Assistant certification from Medical Assisting.
