Alessio Gugliotta

Alessio holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Udine (Italy). At the Open University (UK) he carried out research in the semantic web and service-oriented computing. He has worked as an applied scientist on many major ICT research projects, including COMPOSE (EU FP7-IP), which developed a novel, scalable IoT platform. Alessio's research interests are in the area of Knowledge Modeling and Representation, Service Oriented Computing, Semantic Web Services, Linked Data, IoT, and Cognitive Computing.
