Eugen Paul

Eugen Paul has a strong background in sales and alliances, with experience in various companies. Eugen is currently the Vice President of Sales and Alliances at Avature since October 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at SAP, where they worked from 2014 to 2023. At SAP, they served as the Global Strategic Alliances SAP SuccessFactors from June 2019 to October 2023, Head of Strategic Alliances EMEA/MEE from May 2017 to June 2019, and Sales Director South Europe for SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions from July 2014 to April 2017. Before joining SAP, they worked at SuccessFactors as the Sales Director EMEA Growth Markets from July 2012 to June 2014. Eugen Paul's earlier experience includes roles at BMC Software as a Sales Manager Eastern Europe from September 2009 to July 2012, Trend Micro as a Regional Director for Eastern Europe from January 2003 to January 2009, NEC as a Sales Manager Eastern Europe from 1997 to 2001, and Wrigley as an International Distribution Manager from 1993 to 1997.

Eugen Paul attended Technische Universität Darmstadt from 1986 to 1992, where they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Eugen then pursued further education at Export Akademie Baden Württemberg from 1992 to 1994, earning a Master's degree in International Marketing, with a focus on international trade, business, and marketing.
