Raman Richards

Raman Richards has had a diverse range of work experiences. Raman started their career as a Senior IT Infrastructure Recruitment Consultant at Milestone IT in 2007, where they focused on placing high-quality IT contractors and permanent employees. In 2010, they became the New Zealand Sales Manager at Talent Propeller, specializing in recruitment solutions. In 2012, they joined The Digital Group as a Sales Director, providing digital services to businesses. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at ASPECT Studios as a Client Liaison & Project Manager, specializing in Landscape Architecture and Digital Media. In 2015, they became a Business Manager at Learning Seat, a leading provider of online compliance management solutions. Currently, Raman works at Avature as the Regional Sales Director for APAC, overseeing sales in Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region.
