Astrid Tapia

Astrid Tapia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager of North American Distribution Business Development at Avaya since December 2009. In this role, Astrid is responsible for enabling distributors to drive revenue through effective management of promotions, pricing, and processes. Previously, Astrid held multiple positions at Nortel, including Sales Operations Leader and Senior Manager of Enterprise Order Management, where responsibilities encompassed partner enablement, order fulfillment, and strategic planning. Astrid also owned and managed Astrid's Preschool in Panama from 1990 to 1999, specializing in English Language Learning. Astrid holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University.
