Giselle Bou Ghanem

Giselle Bou Ghanem has a distinguished career in product marketing and management, currently serving as Vice President of Product Marketing at Avaya since August 2017, where multiple leadership roles, including Product Marketing Lead and Global Director of Experiences and Enablement, have been undertaken. Prior experience includes serving as Associate VP of Application Management at Emirates NBD and Director of Sales at Connect IT - Libatel Group. Giselle's career at Libatel spanned from Software Engineer to Software Development Manager. Additionally, Giselle has contributed to academia as a professor at Universite Saint Joseph. Giselle holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a Service Design Masterclass from Royal College of Art, complemented by a degree from Ecole Superieure d'Ingenieurs de Beyrouth.
