Jeff Aigner

Jeff Aigner is a highly experienced software engineer with a focus on hybrid cloud architecture and systems automation. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Avaya since April 2017, Jeff has been instrumental in architecting and implementing systems for real-time phone media and computer telephony integration using AI and machine learning. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at ACTIV Financial Systems, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where a suite of systems tools and web applications for network visualization and performance were created. Additional experience includes programming and systems administration roles at Group One Investments and United Dental Resources Corporation, where web-based applications and server management were developed and maintained. Jeff holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
