Lori Gatward

Lori Gatward is an experienced professional in human resources, specializing in global and executive compensation, international benefits, and HRIS. Currently serving as Senior Director at Avaya since December 2009, Lori has held various leadership positions within the company, including Director roles overseeing global compensation and consulting organizations. Prior to Avaya, Lori worked at Nortel for over 24 years in multiple capacities, including HRBP, compensation, and employee relations. Lori's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from Queen's University, a CPA in Accounting from Loyalist College, and a B.A. in Administration from Western University.
