Luke Poulton has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in product strategy and development, particularly in the SaaS sector. Currently serving as the Head of Product Strategy and Development at both Halfords and Avayler since May 2021, Luke previously held significant roles at Kallik, including Head of Product & Customer Engagement, Product Manager, and UI and UX Designer from March 2013 to May 2021. Earlier career positions include Java Development and UX roles and Marketing Executive at Personal Touch Financial Services Limited, as well as graphic design roles at Monochrome Media and Matchbox Studios Ltd, where Luke was Managing Director. Luke holds a BSc (HONS) in Computer Animation from the University of Portsmouth, completed between 2003 and 2005.
