Ryan Naughton has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the technology and customer service sectors of the automotive and retail industries. Currently serving as Interim Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the SaaS Division at Halfords since June 2022, Ryan plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to Halfords, Ryan held various leadership positions at CAM Systems and All Fleet Services, including VP of Customer Success and Director of Operations. Additional experience includes account management at Jaywing and early career roles in customer service and operations.
