Prior experience includes positions at Bullfrogs & Butterflies Christian Learning Center & Preschool, where Jacqueline conducted school tours and managed tuition processing, and as Beverage Department Head at Cost Plus World Market, overseeing inventory and vendor orders. Beginning a career at Century Bank and Trust as a Mortgage Loan Processor, Jacqueline quickly advanced from Teller within two years. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, along with multiple associate degrees from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Glen Oaks Community College.
