Katie Burke

Katie Burke is an experienced Design Operations Lead currently at SPS since October 2021, previously holding the same position at Mitie from September 2019 to October 2021. Katie began a career in administration at Reclaim Finance, where responsibilities included managing confidential customer information and communication. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Assistant at Morrisons, both in the Fresh Foods department and at the deli counter, where excellent customer service was provided and leadership responsibilities were undertaken. Katie also completed a work placement with Forum Central, enhancing member engagement for a care network. Educational credentials include a degree in Operations Management from the University of Leeds and further studies at Xavarian College and Loreto Grammar School.
