Robert Lopez is an experienced construction and project management professional with over 20 years of expertise in managing large-scale commercial projects. Currently serving as a Commercial Project Manager at AVB since February 2021, Robert previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Miller-Davis Company from August 2014 to February 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager at Fortney & Weygandt, Inc., Construction Administrator at Western Michigan University, and Project Manager II at M. A. Mortenson Company, where Robert led the construction of the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. An earlier stint at AVB Construction as Senior Construction Manager included oversight of significant projects like the Borgess Medical Center renovations. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Western Michigan University.
