Carlos Barrios

Carlos Barrios has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as an Account Manager at Advanced Vapor Devices (AVD) since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Territory Sales Manager at CALYX LABS from February 2023 to March 2023.

From August 2020 to September 2022, Carlos served as a Territory Sales Manager at Greenlane Holdings, Inc., where they oversaw sales in the southwest US territory and developed relationships with manufacturers and cultivators in the cannabis industry.

Before that, they worked as a vape specialist at Kush Supply Co. from April 2019 to March 2020, providing technical sales support for cannabis oil vaporizers.

Carlos also has experience as a Fit Model at Topo Designs from October 2017 to January 2020, where they participated in factory sample reviews with the product development and design team.

In addition, they worked as an Extraction & Formulation Associate at Lucky Turtle Extracts from March 2018 to April 2019, where they were responsible for the operation and maintenance of extraction equipment.

Carlos has also held roles as a Sales Associate at Kind Bikes and Skis in July 2017 and as a National Sales Representative at Skyline Supply Co. from September 2015 to May 2017. In the latter role, they established relationships with buyers and business owners, developed product catalogs, and managed accounts in multiple US markets.

Previously, they were the General Manager of Colorado Limited, Inc. from June 2014 to May 2017, where they managed day-to-day store operations, developed wholesale accounts, and worked on graphic design and marketing campaigns. Unfortunately, the store had to close due to inability to renew the lease.

Carlos's first job was as a Valet at Vail Resorts from November 2012 to April 2014, where they provided valet services to members of an exclusive ski club and received recognition as Employee of the Month in March 2014.

Carlos Barrios obtained a Certificate in Commodities from the University of Colorado Denver from 2022-2023. Prior to that, in 2009, they attended Gainesville State College for Mechanical Engineering but did not complete a degree. Additionally, Carlos has obtained various certifications including ESG from Bloomberg Industry Group in January 2023, Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg Industry Group in October 2022, Introduction to Base Metals from CME Group in September 2022, Micro Cryptocurrency Futures and Options Fundamentals from CME Group in September 2022, Excel: Sales Forecasting from LinkedIn in August 2022, Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in August 2022, Agile Project Management from Udemy in July 2020, and IES Supercritical Fluid Extraction Certification from Isolate Extraction Systems Inc in February 2018.
