Casey Creaney

Casey Creaney has held various positions in the corporate world since 2014. Casey began their career as a Product Development Project Manager for LAROA Apparel & 501c3 in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Mountain High Ventures Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2019, they joined Kush Supply Co. as the Director of Project Management for Koleto Innovations. Currently, they are the Vice President of Product Integration and Director of Sales Operations for Advanced Vapor Devices (AVD).
