Michelle Nesta has over a decade of experience in marketing and analytics, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing Analytics at AVE by Korman Communities since July 2021, where Michelle has also held roles as Senior Director and Director of Marketing Analytics. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Marketing & BI Specialist at AVE by Korman Communities from May 2018 to May 2019, and worked as an Executive Administrator and Office Administrator for Korman Communities from September 2013 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, Michelle served as Marketing Communications Manager at Lavender Green and gained initial experience as a Tour Guide at Penn State University. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus and participated in a Semester at Sea program through the University of Virginia in 2009.
