Colleen Shade

Colleen Shade has extensive work experience in healthcare operations and management. Colleen currently holds the position of Associate Vice President of Operations at Aveanna Healthcare, where they are responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of designated branches across the Midwest. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Director of Operations at Recover Health, an Aveanna Company.

Before joining Aveanna Healthcare, Colleen worked at Fort HealthCare as the Clinical Manager of Family Practice and Internal Medicine. Colleen also has experience at Dean Health System, where they held the positions of Clinical Manager for Surgical Specialties and Oncology Clinical Manager. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Operations at HCR ManorCare and as an Intake Registered Nurse/Surgical Day Care Infusion Coordinator at Rx Solutions.

Colleen's earlier experience includes their role as a Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator at Chartwell Midwest Wisconsin.

Colleen Shade obtained their Associate's degree in Nursing from Madison Area Technical College in 1995. In 2018, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California Coast University. Colleen Shade is also a Registered Nurse (RN) certified by the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services in 1995.
