Erika Brown

Erika Brown, MS, RDN has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Erika currently serves as the Client Relations Director at Aveanna Healthcare, where they oversee client satisfaction and builds strong relationships within the adult market in central Denver. Erika also provides education and training on specialized formulas and feeding management.

Prior to their current role, Erika worked as an Outpatient Clinical Dietitian at Sodexo from September 2020 to October 2021. Erika has also served as a Food Pantry Graduate Assistant and Lead Student Ambassador at Sam Houston State University.

Erika has experience in the field of dietetics as a Dietetic Intern at Sam Houston State University, College of Health Sciences. Additionally, they have served as a Membership Services Team Lead at YMCA of Greater Houston and as a Certified Trainer at a Chick-fil-A Franchise.

Throughout their work experience, Erika has demonstrated strong leadership skills, customer service expertise, and a commitment to patient education and satisfaction.

Erika Brown has a Master of Science degree in Dietetics from Sam Houston State University, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from the same institution in 2018. Erika also holds additional certifications such as being a Licensed Dietitian from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation since March 2020, a Registered Dietitian (RD) from the Commission on Dietetic Registration since August 2020, and a ServSafe Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association since September 2018.
