Jessica Alston

Jessica Alston is an experienced professional in the healthcare and human services sectors, currently serving as Payer Relations Manager at Aveanna Healthcare since May 2019, after previously holding the position of Area Customer Service Director. Prior to Aveanna, Jessica held various roles at Epic Health Services, Inc. from December 2011 to May 2019, including Executive Director and Area Customer Service Director. Jessica began career in social services at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as a Caseworker from December 2009 to December 2011 and worked as a Lifeskills Worker at Abraxas Youth & Family Services in 2009. Earlier experience includes a military contract in food services with Allen Tharp and Associates from 2003 to 2009.
