Katie Jacobson

Katie Jacobson, RN, is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in clinical management and nursing roles. Currently serving as Clinical Manager at Aveanna Healthcare since January 2023, Katie has previously held positions such as Nursing Manager at MIRACLE HOME HEALTH OF WISCONSIN INC from January 2019 to January 2023 and Case Management Nurse at Ascension at Home from July 2018 to January 2019. Prior to these roles, Katie worked as a Registered Nurse at Coram CVS/specialty infusion services and Kindred at Home, where responsibilities included case management.
