Chunlan Chen

Chunlan Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytical sciences and quality control within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of QC and Head of Raw Materials at Nitto Avecia since July 2022, Chunlan has previously held various positions at Akebia Therapeutics, including Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist in Analytical Sciences. Chunlan's career includes significant roles at Johnson Matthey Pharma Services as a Senior Analytical Chemist, and multiple research scientist positions at Curia (formerly AMRI). Chunlan began a career in research as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin.
